I. INTRODUCTION

Perhaps "Iran" or "Persia" are two names that are not unfamiliar to us. In fact, these two countries are one.

Iran is a country located in West Asia, in turn sharing borders with countries such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkey and Iraq. The official name of Iran is "Islamic Republic of Iran", with its capital located in Tehran and the main religion here is Islam (Islam).

II. EVENT CONTENT

RACE AROUND THE WORLD - IRAN is the 22nd event - the 22nd country in the chain of global online tournaments organized by VietRace365.vn with the form of running, cycling, swimming online through 254 countries, equivalent corresponding to 254 sets of medals, products were released to introduce the country, people, culture... of all countries in the world.

You can run, bike or swim anywhere in the world, any time within 21 days, try to complete the registered goal distance to own the set of medals, cards and household items. Global running electronic projector.

1. SPEED: Participants can choose one of the forms such as running, walking or cycling or swimming.

+ Running, walking: 21km/ 42km/ 84km/100km

+ Cycling: 63km/ 200km

+ Swimming: 5km/10km

2. REGISTRATION TIME: from Jul 10 2023 to Jul 31 2023.

- Complete within 21 days from the date of successful registration.

3. JOIN FEES: participants can choose one of three packages when registering for the challenge

III. HOW TO JOIN:

Step 1:  Create a VietRace365 account or Log in directly with your Facebook or Google account: see instructions HERE

Note: Participants need to access the race link on a web browser to be able to log in with their Facebook or Gmail account. Please do not click the link at Messenger or Zalo to access.

Step 2: Register to participate in the tournament:

Step 3:  Athletes participate in running and record their daily running results using the Vietrace365 or Strava application (installed on a smart mobile device).

+ Install Vietrace365 application on smart mobile device (Android/IOS).
+ Use the login information on Vietrace365 to login the application. Users can view the information on the web platform.
+ Before starting, you should connect to Wifi/3G/4G so that the system can locate the user's GPS.
+ Once the GPS positioning is successful, press the "Record" button and select Start.
+ After finishing the run, need to connect to Wifi/3G/4G to then click Stop and Save the operation successfully.

+ Athletes' results will be continuously accumulated, updated and displayed on the results table of the tournament.

IV. CONTRIBUTIONS TO BAU BI VIET's social work

- Running with a valid Pace (speed) between 4 minutes/km - 20 minutes/km. The fastest running speed per km is 3:30 minutes/km.

- Running, walking with a valid Pace (speed) between 4 minutes/km - 20 minutes/km.

- Cycle with a valid Pace (speed) between 1 minute/km - 12 minutes/km.

- Swim with a valid Pace (speed) between 10min/km - 40min/km (equivalent to 1p/100m - 4p/100m).

- Completing the registration distance within 21 days from the date of successful registration is considered completed, the individual's cumulative results will be recorded and accumulated to calculate the achievement.

- This is an open race, you can run anywhere and anytime as long as you record your results using VietRace365, Strava, Garmin, or Sunto applications. Instructions for updating results are sent with a successful registration confirmation email.

- The rule  "No completion, no medal". The organizer reserves the right to check the results provided by players if it is suspected that the results are not honest. The organizer's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
